Intelligent AGVs

Due to the increasing number of enterprise business orders, traditional amr roboticsmodes of operation have become less efficient and effective in recent years. AGV trolley

In addition to robot control systems (Robot control systems, RCS), platform systems and multiple trolley bodies, AGVs are equipped with robot control systems. As the task performer, the AGV trolley docks directly with the machine in the system and completes the handling task automatically, while the upper RCS platform allocating and scheduling the AGV trolley tasks.

When the system needs to transfer the goods from A machine to B machine, the MES first generates a task and sends it to RCS. This task is then sent to an AGV according to an intelligent algorithm and the AGV travels to machine A. After it is in place, the upper-level actuator carries out the action; after the actuator completes the action, the AGV then moves to machine B. In order to ensure reliability of the operation and safety of the AGV as a whole, the upper layer actuator does not operate while the AGV is moving.
